BC/BE Otolaryngologist

to join its established, successful Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice in

Portland, Maine . This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in one of New England's most desirable coastal communities. The incoming physician will be well-positioned to build a thriving practice with institutional support and community connections. Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply! Enjoy Work-Life Balance: 4-day work week

1:4 call rotation, low call volume, and no in-house call requirement

328 hours of annual PTO and additional Paid Parental Time for new parents

Practice in a Thriving, Well-Supported Environment: Strong multidisciplinary team, including: 2 ENTs and 2 experienced APPs

3 in-house audiologists and 1 speech-language pathologist

Skilled RN, MAs, and front office support staff

Deep community ties and robust referral patterns

Ability to quickly grow a high-volume, successful practice
